Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup grated beetroot

  • 1 cup paneer

  • 1tsp grated garlic

  • 1 tsp mango powder

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup chopped cashew

  • 2 tsp crushed oats

  • Oil to fry 2 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Mix all ingredients in a big bowl

  • 02

    Make small balls with this

  • 03

    Place cashew in center and roll once again

  • 04

    Fry till crisp and golden

  • 05

    Drain out on tissue paper

  • 06

    Serve with cheesey dip
