Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower medium florets


  • 1/2 cup Capsicum cubes


  • 1/2 cup french beans cut in medium size


  • 1/2 cup Paneer cubes fried


  • 1/2 cup frozen green Peas


  • For gravy,4-5 Garlic cloves roughly crushed


  • 1 inch Ginger roughly crushed


  • 2 Tomato chopped


  • 1/2 cup toamto puree


  • 10-12 Cashew


  • 1 Cinnamon stick


  • 2 black and 2 green Cardamom


  • 1 Onion chopped


  • 2 Bay Leaves


  • 1 and 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder


  • 1 tsp corriender powder


  • 1/4 tsp termeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp black Pepper powder


  • 1/4 cup khoya


  • 2-3 tsp soya leaves


  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder


  • 1 tsp Salt or as to taste


  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp Oil for Cooking


  • For tempting and garnish,large size cut grated 1 inch Ginger


  • 1 tsp Butter


  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander chopped


  • 2 Lemon wedge


  • 1 tbsp some extra khoya

Directions

  • First add oil in pan add all cut vegetables except capsicum in it and saute for 2-3 min.after 2 min add capsicum and saute again for 2 minute.Now keep aside this
  • Now hot oil in a pan add cinnamon stick,black and green cardamom,crushed garlic,ginger, cashew and chopped tomato and saute this for 3-4 minute when done keep to cool,when cool transfer in grinding jar and make smooth paste
  • Again hot oil in other pan add bay leaves, chopped onion when translucent add tomato puree and saute,when masala leave oil add salt and grind paste and again saute.
  • Now add red chilli, corriender, termeric and black powder and all spice powder one by one and stir this.Add some water and cook the gravy.
  • Now add khoya and soya leaves,fried paneer and continuosly cook for 2-3 min till smell pleasant comes and gravy properly cook.
  • For tempting,take butter in pan add grated ginger slice when smell comes pour in prepared gravy,finally add fresh chopped coriander leaves,lemon wedge,and grate some maava over it.
  • Now Shahi Veg Khoyawala is ready to serve,serve hot with naan and kulcha for more taste
