Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 200 gram paneer

  • For Gravy, 1/2 cup Curd

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 Green Chillies nicely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder

  • 1/2 tbsp All purpose powder

  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste

  • For Tempering, 1 Bay leaf

  • 6 to 8 black pepper corn

  • 2 to 3 cloves

  • 2 green cardamom

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 and 1/4 tsp ginger and garlic paste

  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped corriender

  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

Directions

    Take curd in deep bowl add turmeric powder, chopped green chillies and garam masala,cumin powder ,salt and all purpose flour and mix well

    Add 2 tbsp water mix and set aside

  • 03

    Heat 2 tbsp oil, add bay leaf,pepper corn,cloves and cardamom and cumin seeds

    Now add ginger and garlic paste and saute

    Now add curd mixture on low heat

  • 06

    Now add fresh chopped corriender and stir and cook

  • 07

    Add paneer cubes and mix gentaly

  • 08

    Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

    Finally add hand ful chopped corrinder simmer for 30 seconds on low heat

  • 10

    Paneer Dhaniya is ready to serve,serve hot for more taste
