Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For Buttry enchilldas sauce , 6 tomato


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1 tbsp kashmiri mirch powder


  • 1 inch ginger chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp roasted kasuri methi


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • For vegetable, 2 cup chopped mix vegetables(cauliflower or broccoli,capsicum,beans )


  • 1/2 cup peas


  • 1 chopped potatoes


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking


  • For serving, 4 jawar bhakhri


  • 1/2 cup paneer


  • 1 tbsp chopped corrieneder


  • 1/2 cup onion slice


  • 1 /2 cup tomato slice


  • 2 green chillies chopped


  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp brown onion

Directions

  • Take tomato,ginger,salt and some kashmiri mirch powder and add some water ,close the lid and cook it in 2 to 3 whistle,when done switch of gas and keep aside to cool
  • Now transfer in a blender jar and make paste and strain the mixture
  • Take butter in a pan add ginger and garlic paste,saute it and now add strain tomato gravy and remaning kashmiri mirch powder and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Now add roasted kasuri methi,garam masala and sugar and again cook for 2 minutes
  • Now transfer the cooked gravy in two diffrent bowl
  • Add some butter and cream in a gravy bowl.mix well and keep aside
  • For vegetable, heat oil a pan now add chopped onion,when translucent add seprated tomato gravy ,salt and other vegetables saute it now add some water and cook tbe veggies
  • Now take Jawar Bhakri ,spread some buttry creamy sauce, place cooked cauliflower and peas vegetables spread grated paneer
  • Now roll the filled Bhakhri and grease some buttry creamy sauce over the top
  • Now sprinkle some grated paneer,chopped corriender and already fried onion and cook in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Now serve this Bakhri enchilladas with cauliflower and peas vegetables with buttry creamy sauce hot
  • sprinkle some chopped tomato,onion green chilli, corriender and some lemon juice for more taste
