Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp yeast

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp oil for greasing

  • 50 gram cheese

  • 1 Egg for wash

  • 2 tsp Paprika powder

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp flakes

  • 1 tsp flakes1 tsp salt

Directions

    Take flour and salt in a bowl

    Soak yeast in lukewarm water

  • 03

    And add sugar in it leave for 10 min.

    Make dough and knead it for 5 min. Till smooth

    Oil it and cover keep it at warm place

    Take it out when it doubles and devide in equal parts

    Roll down and fold slightly from all sides

    Make second fold it to upside

    Give egg wash

    Fill in center with cheesesprinkle pepper powder,flakes,oregano,salt

    Bake it at 180 degree for 15 min

    Serve hot
