rusk 6 piece
gram flour 1/2 cups
rice flour 1/4 cups
salt 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
oregano seasoning 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
oil for frying 2 cups
For filling - 3 cheese slices 3 nos
In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder oregano seasoning and mix well.
add water and make lump free batter.
In a wok add oil and heat it up.
Now arrange Cheese slice on rusk and cover with another rusk.
Coat the rusk with Batter nicely.
Deep fry until golden.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
