Turmeric Powder -1/2tbsp
Red Chilli Powder -2tbsp
Salt to taste
Cut the brinjals into half horizontally and then cut it into thick roundels. Transfer it into a bowl.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder into it and mix it well.
Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, shallow fry it in hot oil, a few at a time, by turning sides, till golden on both the sides.
Drain it on the adsorbent paper and then serve hot.
