First make a tight daugh with flour,salt,ajwine ,3 tbsp oil
Add water as needed
Make small balls
Keep it on O T G or bati oven
Keep it 150 °c for 25 min
When it golden put it in ghee bowl
Another side take cooker put 2 cup water
Add dal ,turmric pwd and 2 green chilli
Whistle it 3
Take a pan heat oil
Add rai ,zeera add onion and green chilli
When onion soft add potato chopped and bottle gourd
Add tometo chopped
When tometo soft add red chilli pwd and samber masala
Mix well
Add Boiled dal
Add salt
Then add turmrid water
Keep it slow flame for 10 min.
