Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 Cup baby potatoes.

  • 3 tbsp Fresh cream.

  • 1/2 tsp dried fenugreak leaves (Kasuri Methi)

  • 1 tbsp Mustard oil.

  • 1 tsp Salt to taste.

  • 3 tbsp Curd.

  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder.

  • 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste.

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1 teaspoon garam mashala.

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pierce them with a fork and boil in salted water till they are done.

  • 02

    Make a marinade by combining the cream, curd, kasuri methi, ginger and garlic paste, all the masala ( garam masala), mustard oil, and salt.

    Marinade the potatoes for 10 - 15 mins

  • 04

    Arrange alternate pieces of potatoes on skewers.

  • 05

    Grill over a tawa or micro oven till they become golden brown.

  • 06

    Serve hot with onion rings , coriander leaves.
