1 Cup baby potatoes.
3 tbsp Fresh cream.
1/2 tsp dried fenugreak leaves (Kasuri Methi)
1 tbsp Mustard oil.
1 tsp Salt to taste.
3 tbsp Curd.
1 teaspoon red chilli powder.
1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste.
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam mashala.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pierce them with a fork and boil in salted water till they are done.
Make a marinade by combining the cream, curd, kasuri methi, ginger and garlic paste, all the masala ( garam masala), mustard oil, and salt.
Marinade the potatoes for 10 - 15 mins
Arrange alternate pieces of potatoes on skewers.
Grill over a tawa or micro oven till they become golden brown.
Serve hot with onion rings , coriander leaves.
