To a bowl, add one fine chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilly, few coriander leaves, salt to taste, a teaspoon vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon sugar. Mix it well with your hands to release all the flavours.
To this bowl add, 3 peeled & diced ripe mangoes. You can add the seed too. Give it a good mix. This is ready to eat.
