Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup chole socked whole night
  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd
  • 2 tsp coriander pwd
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp chole masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmric pwd
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take a cooker put 2 cup water and chole
  • Whistle it 5 to 6
  • Open the lid
  • Drain it
  • Take a pan heat oil
  • Add chole in it
  • Spread salt and all masala
  • Mix well keep it slow flame for 2 min
  • Ready to serve
  • Take a plate keep chole on it
  • Spread onion chopped ,tometo chopped
  • Enjoy the masala chole chat
