Ingredients

  • 250 grams baby potato


  • 3 tomato


  • 1" ginger tukada


  • 2 green chilli


  • 8-10 kaju


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp saunf powder


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 1/2 salt to taste


  • 1 cup Oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Sabase pahale aloo Ko half boil kar le fir aaloo ko cheel kar fork se prick kar le.
  • Ab ek kadai mai oil garam kare fir aaloo ko golden color hone tak deep fry kar le.
  • Ab mixture jar mai tomato adrak, chilli kaju dal kar grind kar le.
  • Ab ek Pan mai oil garam kare, jeera dale, fir haldi powder, coriander powder, saunf powder, kashmiri red chilli powder & red chili powder dal kar slow flame par bhune.
  • Ab grind kiya hua tomato mixture dale, Aur 5 - 7 minutes tak slow flame par pakaye, jab tomato mixture se oil upar aa jaye toh potato, salt & garam masala dal de.
  • Ab 1/4 cup pani dale aur slow flame par 5 - 7 minutes tak pakaye, jaroorat ho toh thoda sa pani aur dal de.
  • Dum Aaloo bankar ready hai. Garam garam nan, Paratha and Roti ke saath serve kare.
