In a large bowl add flour ,salt and pea puree and kneed a soft dough and rest it for 10 min.
Take a pan heat oil add oil then add onion and cook for 2min then add tomato and cook for 2 min then add cashewnut and boiled pea and mix all well.
Then add coariander powder,red chilli powder and salt and mix well and let it cool.
Now take small portion of dough and stuff it with pea filling and with help of modak maker prepare all modak then steam it for 10-12 min in steamer.
Serve it with ketchup or any dip of your choice..
