  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup boiled green pea puree

  • 1/2 cup green pea

  • 1/4 cup cashewnuts

  • 1 medium size chopped onion

  • 1 medium size chopped tomato

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 lemon juice


  • In a large bowl add flour ,salt and pea puree and kneed a soft dough and rest it for 10 min.
  • Take a pan heat oil add oil then add onion and cook for 2min then add tomato and cook for 2 min then add cashewnut and boiled pea and mix all well.
  • Then add coariander powder,red chilli powder and salt and mix well and let it cool.
  • Now take small portion of dough and stuff it with pea filling and with help of modak maker prepare all modak then steam it for 10-12 min in steamer.
  • Serve it with ketchup or any dip of your choice..
