  • Refined Flour -2 cup

  • Ghee-3 tbsp

  • Carom Seeds -1tbsp

  • Milk-1 cup

  • Salt to taste

    Take refined flour into a mixing bowl, add carom seeds, salt, 1tbsp of ghee in it. Mix it well by rubbing ghee into the flour by your fingertips.

    Then add sufficient milk into it and knead it in a soft dough and apply some melted ghee on the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes, divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a chapati and then apply some melted ghee on it., dust it with some dry flour and then fold it once and then repeat the same process and fold it in a triangle shape.

    Then roll it like a paratha. Heat a tawa, place the paratha on it, cook it from both the sides, apply some oil on the both sides and cook it well and then take it out and crush the paratha with your hands and then serve it hot.
