Cardamom Powder -1/2 tbsp
Mix Dry Fruits (Almonds, Cashews, Raisins, Pistachios) 3-4 tbsp

Wash the rice and soak it in 1/2cup of warm milk for 30 minutes and after 30 minutes grind it coarsely.
Boil the milk, as the milk boils, then add the grinded rice into it and cook it for 10-15 minutes on low-medium flame until the rice cooked nicely in the milk.
When the milk starts to thickhen, then add sugar into it, mix it well and then add coarsely chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder into it. Mix it well and then switch off the flame.
Cool it completely and then serve it chilled by garnishing it with some dry fruits and tooty fruity.
