Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Gramflour 2 cup

  • Curd 1/2 cup

  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder 2 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped

  • Asafoetida 1 Pinch

  • Ginger 1 tsp grated

Directions

    Add water in gramflour and mix it properly so that there are no lumps left

  • 02

    Add salt spices mix well

  • 03

    Heat oil in a pan.crackle cumin seeds.add gramflour and mix well

  • 04

    Cook it for 10-12 minutes till gramflour starts leaving the pan

    Grease a plate transfer the. Paste into it .cut into desired shape

    When cool fry them in oil till golden brown on both sides.karar are ready.

    For gravy heat a kadai

    Crackle cumin seeds

    Add red chilli powder, coriander powder asafoetida turmeric powder

    Mix nicely add little water

  • 11

    In curd add little water add grated ginger in it

  • 12

    Transfer it to kadai let it cook for some time

  • 13

    Transfer the karar in it.let it cook for 5-10 minutes

  • 14

    Garnish with coriander leaves
