  • 2cup little cooked sprouts

  • 1/4cup chopped cucumber

  • 1/4cup chopped onion

  • 1/4cup chopped tomato

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tsp chat masala

  • 1tsp bhuna jeera powder

  • 1tsp red chilli powder

  • 1tbsp lemon juice

  • 2papad

  • 1tbsp oil


  • Cut papad into thin strips.
  • On a nonstick pan or tawa ,add 1 tbsp oil and roast papad until golden brown or crispy.
  • Keep it in a airtight box.
  • Now add all the leftover ingredients to a bowl and mix well to make sprouts bhel.
  • Now in a big serving bowl add layer of papad and sprouted bhel.
  • Serve instantly.
