Ingredients

  • 12 pav


  • 4 onion chopped


  • 5 tometo chopped


  • 2 tsp ginger chilli paste


  • 2 potatoes big cut


  • 1 carrot big cut


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 1 /2 cup peas


  • 1 brinjal


  • 1 cup cauliflower and cabbage chopped


  • 1/2 cup bottle gourd chopped


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 2 tsp pav bhaji masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 lemon juice


  • 1 cup butter

Directions

  • First take a cooker put all veggies
  • Add 2 cup water
  • Whistle it 4
  • Open the lid and mash the veggies with bhaji beater
  • Take a pan heat oil
  • Add onion chopped
  • Saute it till dark brown
  • Add garlic chilli paste
  • Saute it
  • Add tometo chopped
  • Spread salt close with lid for 5 min.
  • When tometo is soft add red chilli pwd and pav bhaji masala
  • Mix well
  • Add boiled and mashed veggies
  • You add water as needed
  • Keep it slow flame for 10 min.
  • Add 1 lemon juice and butter
  • Spread coriander leaves
  • heat tava put little butter keep pav on it
  • Roast it both side
  • Ready to serve with bhaji
