Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup soya granules


  • 2 tablespoon Peanuts coarsely grind


  • 2 tablespoon whole Wheat Flour


  • 1 Onion finely chopped


  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste


  • 2 green chilies, chopped


  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves, chopped


  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder


  • Salt to taste


  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam Masala powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper powder


  • Cashewnuts 5-6


  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water and blend till smooth. Mix with the rest of the ingredients except oil and cashewnuts.
  • Divide into large equal size portions. Give it shape of a round kebab. Place cashewnut on each kebab.
  • Shallow fry them in some oil till golden and crisp on both sides, Drain on a kitchen towel and serve with any homemade chutney of your choice.
  • Yummy chapali kebabs are ready to relish.
