Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup soya granules

  • 2 tablespoon Peanuts coarsely grind

  • 2 tablespoon whole Wheat Flour

  • 1 Onion finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 green chilies, chopped

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam Masala powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper powder

  • Cashewnuts 5-6

  • Oil for frying

Directions

    Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water and blend till smooth. Mix with the rest of the ingredients except oil and cashewnuts.

    Divide into large equal size portions. Give it shape of a round kebab. Place cashewnut on each kebab.

    Shallow fry them in some oil till golden and crisp on both sides, Drain on a kitchen towel and serve with any homemade chutney of your choice.

    Yummy chapali kebabs are ready to relish.
