First, heat the cooking oil and add cumin seeds , mustard seeds and add onions. After 2 minutes, add asofoetida and green chillies.
When the onion starts to brown add ginger garlic paste and saute it well. Later on add tomato puree and cover the lid on medium flame .
After 5 minutes add all spices. After 2 minutes, add chopped snake melon in it with a glass of water. Cook for 10 minutes with lid.
When snake melon is cooked, add grapes to it and add curd after 2 minutes and let it cook on medium flame, check that you can add water to the same gravy as you want .
Let the grapes cook for about 5 minutes, add cream in it and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
When the gravy start thicken add white butter or homemade ghee and coriander. cook it for another 2 minutes and switch off the gas.
Yummy dish is ready to relish. Serve with naan , rice or chapati.
Note: - If the grapes are not sweet then add 2 spoons of sugar
