Ingredients

  • Urad daal 1 cup

  • Rice 3 cups

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Onion 1

  • Tomato 1

  • Green chilli 3

  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Siak daal and rice overnight

    Grind to paste

  • 03

    Let it ferment for 5-6 hours

  • 04

    Chop all veges finely.add salt in the batter

  • 05

    Now pour a ladle full of batter over tawa

  • 06

    Make different uttapam using tomato,green chilli, coriander leaves,and onion

  • 07

    Cook on one side and turn and copk on other side

  • 08

    Uttapam ready to be served
