Ingredients

  • Urad daal 1 cup


  • Rice 3 cups


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Onion 1


  • Tomato 1


  • Green chilli 3


  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Directions

  • Siak daal and rice overnight
  • Grind to paste
  • Let it ferment for 5-6 hours
  • Chop all veges finely.add salt in the batter
  • Now pour a ladle full of batter over tawa
  • Make different uttapam using tomato,green chilli, coriander leaves,and onion
  • Cook on one side and turn and copk on other side
  • Uttapam ready to be served
