Bhutte Ka Kees - Bhutta means Corn and Kees means grated. Bhutte ka kees is a popular as well as delicious street food snack from indore. some cities in india are famous for their street food and indore is one of them. In this sweet corn can be used. Its best to serve this savory snack hot. Makes for a nice evening snack during monsoon and winter while serving don’t forget to drizzle some lemon juice on top.
Heat oil crackle mustard seeds and Asaefotida when stop spluttering add ginger and green chili saute for minute.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder saute for minute on low flame.
Add corn n mix well, cover lid n cook for 15 to 20 minutes. In every 2minutes keep sauteing.
When corn get dry Add salt n sugar in it n mix it, keep sauteing.
Add curd n again cook for 10 to 15 minutes keep sauteing in every 2minutes.
Add coriander leaves and pour lemon juice n mix it. Switch off the flame.
Serve in plate n garnish with grated coconut and some coriander leaves.
