Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Kabuli chana 2 cups


  • Onion paste 1 cup


  • Tomato paste 2 cups


  • Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons


  • Everest Chole masala 1 tablespoon


  • Everest Garam Masala 1 teaspoon


  • Everest ka tikhalal red chilli powder 1 /2 teaspoon


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Tamarind paste 1 tablespoon


  • Oil 2 tablespoons


  • Jeera 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Wash Kabuli chana and soak insufficient water for 5 to 6 hours
  • Add some salt and turmeric powder to soaked Kabuli chana and pressure cook for 6 whistles or till soft
  • Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a heavy bottom pan and crackle jeera
  • Add ginger garlic paste and onion paste and saute' well
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder , Everest Garam Masala ,and Everest Chole masala and Mix well
  • Now at Tomato paste and mix well
  • Saute' till oil separates
  • Now add Cooked Kabuli chana adjust salt according to taste and mix well
  • Add some water to adjust the consistency
  • Cook covered on Low heat for next 10 to 15 minutes
  • Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve hot with rice, roti, chapati, phulka or bhature
  • Enjoy endlessly with your family and friends
