Wash Kabuli chana and soak insufficient water for 5 to 6 hours
Add some salt and turmeric powder to soaked Kabuli chana and pressure cook for 6 whistles or till soft
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a heavy bottom pan and crackle jeera
Add ginger garlic paste and onion paste and saute' well
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder , Everest Garam Masala ,and Everest Chole masala and Mix well
Now at Tomato paste and mix well
Saute' till oil separates
Now add Cooked Kabuli chana adjust salt according to taste and mix well
Add some water to adjust the consistency
Cook covered on Low heat for next 10 to 15 minutes
Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve hot with rice, roti, chapati, phulka or bhature
