Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 large potato


  • 1 cup all purpose flour (Maida)


  • Salt to taste


  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  • Mash potatoes well. Add all purpose flour and salt in it. Mix all ingredients well and make dough.
  • Take small balls from the dough give oval shape take fork n keep it on top of fork press lightly and roll.
  • Bring it to boil in hot water until it start floating.take out in plate.
  • Heat butter in pan, add black pepper powder in it. Fry potato gnocchi in it for 2 to 3minutes on low medium flame.
