Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Small onions 6

  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon

  • Everest ka tikhalal red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 2-3 teaspoon

  • Everest Garam Masala 1 teaspoon

  • Salt according to cased approximately 1 teaspoon

  • Roasted peanuts powder 1 tablespoon

  • Curd 1 cup

  • Chopped coriander for garnishing 1 tablespoon

Directions

    In a mixing bowl take ,all above mentioned spices like turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, Everest garam masala, amchoor powder, ginger garlic paste, roasted peanut powder and salt according to taste

    Mix well everything and prepare stuffing for onions

  • 03

    Now take small onions, peel off them and give cross shape cut in each onion

  • 04

    Now carefully stuff, ready masala in each onion by pressing gently

  • 05

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add all the stuffed onion and remaining masala into it

  • 06

    Mix well gently and covered for next 5 minutes

  • 07

    Beat the curd and add into cooking onions, mix gently and cook covered for next 5 minutes

  • 08

    Garnish with chopped coriander and served hot with Roti chapati Naan or rice

  • 09

    Enjoy endlessly stuffed onion masala with family and friends
