Ingredients

  • Small onions 6


  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon


  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon


  • Everest ka tikhalal red chilli powder 1 teaspoon


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Coriander powder 2-3 teaspoon


  • Everest Garam Masala 1 teaspoon


  • Salt according to cased approximately 1 teaspoon


  • Roasted peanuts powder 1 tablespoon


  • Curd 1 cup


  • Chopped coriander for garnishing 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl take ,all above mentioned spices like turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, Everest garam masala, amchoor powder, ginger garlic paste, roasted peanut powder and salt according to taste
  • Mix well everything and prepare stuffing for onions
  • Now take small onions, peel off them and give cross shape cut in each onion
  • Now carefully stuff, ready masala in each onion by pressing gently
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add all the stuffed onion and remaining masala into it
  • Mix well gently and covered for next 5 minutes
  • Beat the curd and add into cooking onions, mix gently and cook covered for next 5 minutes
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and served hot with Roti chapati Naan or rice
  • Enjoy endlessly stuffed onion masala with family and friends
