Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup kabuli chana


  • 1 big onion


  • 3 tomatoes


  • 2 cardamom


  • 1-2 cloves


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 1 cinnamon stick


  • 2 small green chillies


  • 1 tbs ginger garlic paste


  • 1 Ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbs red chilli pd


  • 1 tbs coriander pd


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric pd


  • 1/2 tsp cummin pd


  • 1 tbs chole masala


  • 1 tsp tea powder


  • 2-3 tbs oil


  • 1tbs tomato ketchup


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 coriander leaves

Directions

  • Soak kabuli chana over night.
  • Morning tie tea powder in a cloth
  • In a pressure cooker add kabuli chana,tea powder potli,salt and take 2-3 whistle
  • Make tomato puree and keep aside
  • In a kadai put oil cloves,cardamom,bayleaf,cinnamon and stir for seconds.
  • Now add finely chopped onion and cook till it turns into light brown.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, and fry for seconds
  • Add tomato puree,then all the dry masala and cook till oil separates from gravy
  • Add cooked chole and little water of boiled chole.
  • Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on sim
  • Add vhopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Garnish with onion and coriandet serve with puri,paratha,chapati,or with rice.
