Soak kabuli chana over night.
Morning tie tea powder in a cloth
In a pressure cooker add kabuli chana,tea powder potli,salt and take 2-3 whistle
Make tomato puree and keep aside
In a kadai put oil cloves,cardamom,bayleaf,cinnamon and stir for seconds.
Now add finely chopped onion and cook till it turns into light brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste, and fry for seconds
Add tomato puree,then all the dry masala and cook till oil separates from gravy
Add cooked chole and little water of boiled chole.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on sim
Add vhopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
Garnish with onion and coriandet serve with puri,paratha,chapati,or with rice.
