1 bunch spinach (washed and chopped)
2 medium size potatoes (cut into small pieces)
1 onion chopped
4 green chilies finely chopped
Salt to taste
5 tablespoons cooking oil
Heat oil in kadhai, add onion and saute till it get light brown in color.
Add green chilies n saute for 30seconds.
Add potatoes n spinach mix it well. When spinach get soft n half add salt to taste. Cover the lid n cook it on low flame till sabzi get dry and potatoes cooked well.
Serve this palak aloo sabzi with dal rice.
Notes:- Do not add water in sabzi. Potatoes will cook well with spinach.
