Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bunch spinach (washed and chopped)


  • 2 medium size potatoes (cut into small pieces)


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 4 green chilies finely chopped


  • Salt to taste


  • 5 tablespoons cooking oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in kadhai, add onion and saute till it get light brown in color.
  • Add green chilies n saute for 30seconds.
  • Add potatoes n spinach mix it well. When spinach get soft n half add salt to taste. Cover the lid n cook it on low flame till sabzi get dry and potatoes cooked well.
  • Serve this palak aloo sabzi with dal rice.
  • Notes:- Do not add water in sabzi. Potatoes will cook well with spinach.
