  • 2 large potatoes (boil n peel)

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 2 green chilies finely chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 red chili powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • Oil for deep fry

    In large mixing bowl mix all ingredients (potatoes, onion, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder and breadcrumbs) mix all ingredients well.

    Take lemon size portion from mixture and make tikkis. Heat oil on nonstick pan, shallow fry tikkis till it turn brown. Transfer it on absorbing on paper.

    Serve this hot with sauce, chutney or ketchup
