Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 3 large potatoes peeled n sliced

  • 1 capsicum cube sized

  • 4 green chillies broken

  • 1 medium size onion roughly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons schezwan sauce

  • A big pinch ajinomoto

  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1/2 cup water (mixed both)

  • Salt to taste

  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil for deep fry

Directions

    Wash potatoes in water n take out out on kitchen toelHeat oil in wok n deep fry potatoes edges in heated oil till it done light brown. Transfer it on absorbing paper.

    Heat oil in wok, add ginger garlic n saute for 2 minute. Add onion and capsicum saute for minute on high flame.

    Add green chilies n saute for 30seconds. Add soy sauce, ajinomoto, salt and vinegar. Mix it well.

    Add melted cornstarch in water in wok n saute for minute on high flame. Add schezwan sauce n mix it.

    Add fried potatoes n mix gently.

    Serve this hot.
