  • 4 eggs

  • 2 large potatoes sliced

  • 3 tablespoon coriander leaves

  • 1 green chili finely chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/3 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

  • Salt to taste

  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil


  • A delicious pizza having sliced potato as a base instead of the traditional bread base. This Italian recipe is prepared by topping the Potato base with eggs, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. You n your kids will absolutely love this innovative pizza recipe and its a perfect veggie's delight that can be ideally made for Sunday Brunch.
  • Heat oil in deep round wok, shallow fry potatoes in heated oil (do not peel n overcook). Transfer Fried Potatoes to a plate. Switch off the flame.
  • Take mixing bowl add eggs, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, oregano, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Whisk it well.
  • Add baking soda in batter n whish again.
  • In same wok place fried potato slices in round layers. Pour batter on over potatoes. Cover the lid n cook it on low flame for 5min.
  • Potato pizza is ready to serve. Cut it into 4 triangle pieces n serve with tomato ketchup.
  • Notes:- U can also add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato in batter to make veg pizza.
