Mix all 3flours in a pot
Mix curd in it
Add water to make a thick batter
Add grated bottleguard in it
Add salt , asoefodia ,pepper powder in it
Add chopped green chillies and ginger
Add baking soda
Mix well
Now make a tadka by heating oil and adding mustard seeds,curry leaves and seasme seeds in it
Add this tadka in the batter
Now Grease the moulds and pour the batter in them
Steam in steamer for 15 minutes
Now remove from moulds
Serve with sauce or any dip of your choice
