Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1cup whole wheat flour


  • 1tbsp ghee for moyan.


  • 1/2tbsp salt


  • 1/2tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2tsp kasuri methi


  • 1/2tsp jeera powder


  • 1/2tsp carrom seeds or ajwain


  • 1/4cup water or as required

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Add little water at a time and make a smooth dough.
  • Now roll it into a little thick roti.
  • Cut the corners and give it a suare shape.
  • Now cook it on tawa just like roti.
  • Spread some ghee or butter and cut into equal strips.
  • Enjoy with achar or ketchup as per ur taste.
