In a cooker add 1tbsp oil .
Add daliya and roast it to golden brown.
Add potato and carrot and cook for a minute.
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt as per taste and cook for another couple of minutes and add water.
Now cook it for 2whistle in low medium flame.
In another pan stir fry rest of the veggies with just a spoon of oil
Add salt if required.
Add veggies to the daliya.
