  • 2cup chopped seasonal vegetables

  • 1cup all purpose flour

  • 1/4cup whole wheat flour

  • 1tsp salt as per taste

  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder as per taste

  • 1tbsp oil

  • 2cups water or as required for dough and steaming

  • 2tbsp beetroot juice

    Make a tight dough using maida, atta, oil , salt as per taste,black pepper powder,beetroot juice and water as required.

    Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

    Now stir fry chopped vegetables until all moisture is absorbed.

    Add salt and pepper powder as per taste and cook it for 1 min.

    Let the stuffing cool down

    Now roll small dough ball into small pooris

    Add 1tbsp stuffing and cover with another poori.

    Cut it into ur desired shape using cookie cutter.

    Make all the momos this way.

  • 10

    Steam momos for 15min in a idly cooker or a normal cooker.

    Serve with shezwan sauce.
