  • 2cup chopped seasonal vegetables

  • 1cup all purpose flour

  • 1/4cup whole wheat flour

  • 1tsp salt as per taste

  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder as per taste

  • 1tbsp oil

  • 2cups water or as required for dough and steaming

  • 2tbsp beetroot juice


  • Make a tight dough using maida, atta, oil , salt as per taste,black pepper powder,beetroot juice and water as required.
  • Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Now stir fry chopped vegetables until all moisture is absorbed.
  • Add salt and pepper powder as per taste and cook it for 1 min.
  • Let the stuffing cool down
  • Now roll small dough ball into small pooris
  • Add 1tbsp stuffing and cover with another poori.
  • Cut it into ur desired shape using cookie cutter.
  • Make all the momos this way.
  • Steam momos for 15min in a idly cooker or a normal cooker.
  • Serve with shezwan sauce.
