  • Bittergourd-3


  • Onion-1


  • Turmeric Powder -1/2 tbsp


  • Black Pepper powder -1/2tbsp


  • Chaat Masala-1/2 tbsp


  • Salt to taste


  • Cooking Oil

Directions

  • Slice the onions.Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan,add sliced onions into it, saute it till the onions become translucent, then add bitter gourd pieces into it, fry it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • Then add turmeric powder black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt into it, mix it well, cover it with a lid and cook it for 10 minutes by stirring occasionally on low-medium flame or till the bitter gourd cooked well and become crisp and then switch off the flame and serve it.
