Wash the eggplant, and cut it into half horizontally and then cut it into fingers. Chop the garlic and cut the green chilli into half.
Heat oil in a pan,add fenugreek seeds into it, saute it and then add green chilli and chopped garlic into it. Saute it for a minute and then add eggplant into it.
Cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and then add turmeric powder, black pepper powder,dry mango powder, garam masala powder and salt in it. Mix it well and cook all on medium flame till the eggplant cooked well and then switch off the flame and serve it.
