Ingredients

  • 1 cup urad dal socked

  • 4 onion long cut

  • 4 green chill

  • 1 cup coriander leaves

  • 1 cup tuver dal socked

  • 1/2 cup turmrid socked

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 2 tsp samber masala

  • 1 tsp turmric pwd

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp musterd seed

  • 1 tsp zeera

  • 3 tometo chopped

    First take mixture jar put urad dal and green chilli

    Grind it

    Add 2 long cut onion and coriander leaves

    Add salt

    Make thick better

    Keep for 15 min

    Deep fry vada like pic

    Take a cooker put tuver dal

    Add 2 green chilli and turmric pwd

    Whistle it 3

    Open the cooker beat the dal

    Put salt and turmrid water and water

    Boil it

    Another side take a pan heat oil

    Add rai ,zeera

    Add 2 long cut onion

    Saute it till pink

    Add tometo chopped and little salt

    Keep it slow flam for 5 min.

    Now add red chilli pwd and samber masala

    Mix well when oil come out put it in the dal

    Boil it on slow flame for 8 to 10 min

    Add coriander leaves and kari patta

    Enjoy the vada with samber
