Cut karela into roundals and soak in salt and turmeric water for atleast 1/2 an hour.
Remove water from karele and keep aside
In a bowl take all the dry masalas, except curry leaves and sesame seeds.
Add ginger garlic paste
Now add karela to the batter.
Heat oil and fry karela into oil till crispy.
In same oil fry curry leaves too
Fry sesamr seeds in oil ny using tea strainer( channi)
In a plate take fried karela add, sesame seeds and curry leaves mix and serve .
