Soak the rice for 10 minutes drain and keep aside
In a pressure cooker Add oil
Add ghee
Add bay leaf and hing
Add the Cardamoms cinnamon sticks and peppers
Add the veggies and green chillies
Add some salt and cook for two minutes
Add the rice
Mix properly with tender moves so that rice does not break
Add in salt and mix
Add around twice the amount of water as rice
Cook on low fire for 15 mins
Open the lid and prick with a fork
Serve with curd or any curry
