Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups for kofta : semolina


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 250 ml water


  • 2 cups oil for frying


  • 1 nos for gravy :onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 2 nos green chilli chopped


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • For kofta :In a wok add semolina and salt roast slightly.
  • Add chopped onion, green chilli and water stir continuously until thick consistency.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Grease your palm and make small balls from dough. In a wok add oil heat it and deep fry the all balls carefully.
  • For gravy : In a mixer jar add onion, green chilli and make a puree. Keep aside.
  • Now make tomato puree.
  • In a wok add oil heat it add cumin seeds roast slightly.
  • Add onion puree cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree and cook for 3 minutes more.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
  • Mix well roast slightly.
  • Add water for gravy.
  • Boil the gravy.
  • Switch off the flame and add semolina kofta in it. Our semolina kofta curry is ready to serve.
