Ingredients

  • For kofta : semolina 1 cups

  • onion chopped 1 nos

  • green chilli chopped 1 nos

  • salt 1 tsp

  • water 250 ml

  • oil for frying 2 cups

  • for gravy :Onion 1 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • green chilli chopped 2 nos

  • oil 2 tsp

  • cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

    For kofta :In a wok add semolina and salt roast slightly.

    Add chopped onion, green chilli and water stir continuously until thick consistency.

    Let it cool completely.

    Grease your palm and make small balls from dough. In a wok add oil heat it and deep fry the all balls carefully.

    For gravy : In a mixer jar add onion, green chilli and make a puree. Keep aside.

    Now make tomato puree.

    In a wok add oil heat it add cumin seeds roast slightly.

    Add onion puree cook for 3 minutes.

    Add tomato puree and cook for 3 minutes more.

    Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala.

    Mix well roast slightly.

    Add water for gravy.

    Boil the gravy.

    Switch off the flame and add semolina kofta in it. Our semolina kofta curry is ready to serve.
