Ingredients

  • Brown bread Slices -8


  • Semolina/Rava -1 cup


  • Onion-1


  • Tomato-1


  • Green Chilli -2


  • Red Chilli Powder -1/2 tbsp


  • Chat Masala


  • Salt to taste


  • Cooking Oil


  • Fresh Cream-3 tbsp

Directions

  • Chop the onion, tomato and green chillies.
  • Take a mixing bowl, add semolina, chopped tomatoes, onions and green chillies, salt, red chilli powder and malai. Mix it well. Add water if required to make a semi thick mixture.
  • Heat a non-stick tawa, spread some oil on it, apply the mixture nicely on the one side of the bread and put it on the tawa with the filling side on the tawa.
  • Apply some oil on the other side of the bread also and cook it till it become crispy from both the sides.
  • Then take it out from the tawa, sprinkle some chat masala on it, cut it into triangular pieces and then serve it hot.
