Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup boiled rice


  • 1 cup spinach pyuri


  • 1/2 cup onion paste


  • 1 cup tometo paste


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 2 tsp birayani masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 / 2 cup fresh cream


  • 200 gm paneer cubes fry


  • 2 tsp kaju paste

Directions

  • Take a pan heet oil
  • Add onion paste
  • Saute it till light brown
  • Add green chilli,ginger garlic paste
  • Add tometo pyuri
  • Saute it till thick
  • Add all masala
  • Mix well
  • Add palak pyuri
  • Add salt
  • Mix well add fresh cream
  • Keep it slow flame for 5 min.
  • Off the gas
  • Take a pan heat ghee
  • Spread rice layer
  • Spread palak greavy on it
  • Keep some cubes of paneer
  • Now spread another layer of rice
  • Than spread palak greavy on it
  • Keep paneer cubes
  • At the last put third layer of rice
  • Keep it slow flame for 10 min
  • Serve hot with raita or curd
