Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 Bread Slices


  • 1/2 cup suji or semolina


  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions


  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped capsicum


  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped carrot


  • 1 green chilly


  • 2 cheese slices


  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano


  • salt 1/3 teaspoon


  • 1 tablespoon oil


  • 1 tablespoon cream or fresh malai

Directions

  • In a deep mixing bowl take semolina or rawa or suji. Next add to it 1 tablespoon of malai . Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  • Next add the chopped onions, capsicum, carrot, green chillies along with salt to the batter. Mix well .
  • Now grease tawa with oil and let it heat.
  • In the mean while evenly spread the suji batter on the bread and put it on the heated tawa from the batter side. Lower the flame now.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes and then flip it over. Cook for another 2 minutes till the bread turns toasted and all the ingredients are bind together.
  • Add cheese slices on top and let it melt.
  • Remove ready suji toast on the plate and sprinkle some oregano over it.
  • Serve with sprinkling bit tomato ketchup on top.
  • Toasts are ready to enjoy now.
