Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 Bread Slices

  • 1/2 cup suji or semolina

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped capsicum

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped carrot

  • 1 green chilly

  • 2 cheese slices

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • salt 1/3 teaspoon

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 tablespoon cream or fresh malai

Directions

    In a deep mixing bowl take semolina or rawa or suji. Next add to it 1 tablespoon of malai . Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

    Next add the chopped onions, capsicum, carrot, green chillies along with salt to the batter. Mix well .

    Now grease tawa with oil and let it heat.

    In the mean while evenly spread the suji batter on the bread and put it on the heated tawa from the batter side. Lower the flame now.

    Cook for 3-4 minutes and then flip it over. Cook for another 2 minutes till the bread turns toasted and all the ingredients are bind together.

    Add cheese slices on top and let it melt.

    Remove ready suji toast on the plate and sprinkle some oregano over it.

    Serve with sprinkling bit tomato ketchup on top.

    Toasts are ready to enjoy now.
