Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup suji

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup moong dal socked

  • 2 green chilli chopped

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 tsp dry mango pwd

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1 tsp coriander pwd

  • 1 tsp zeera

  • 4 tb sp oil

Directions

    Kneed a daugh with maida ,suji,salt

  • 02

    Make tight daugh with water

  • 03

    Keep a side for half hour

  • 04

    Heat oil deep fry the puri

  • 05

    Take a cooker boil the dal

  • 06

    Add green chilli and turmric pwd

    Whistle it 2

    Beat the dal add salt mix well

    Take a bowl put dal in it

    Spread chat masala ,amchur pwd ,red chilli pwd and coriander pwd

    Take a pan heat oil put zeera

  • 12

    When zeera red spread it on dal

    Spread coriander leaves

  • 14

    Serve hot with puri
