Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos onion


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 1/2 inch ginger


  • 5-6 nos garlic pods


  • 5-6 nos cashew


  • 5-6 nos almond


  • 1 tsp poppy seeds


  • 1 cups beans cut into inch pieces


  • 1 cups carrot diced


  • 1 cups cauliflower


  • 1 cups capsicum


  • 2 tbsp corn


  • 2 tbsp peas


  • 100 gms paneer diced


  • 1 cups broccoli diced


  • 2 nos cardamom


  • 2 nos clove


  • 1 nos badi ilaichi


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 inch cinnamon stick


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp cashew n raisins


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 cups fresh cream


  • 1 tsp kasoori methi


  • 1 tsp magaz dana


  • 1 tsp curry masala

Directions

  • Soak poppy seeds,almond ,magaz Dana and cashew.Make a fine paste
  • In a pan deep fry cauliflower,carrot,beans ,paneer,cashew and raisins and keep aside
  • In a pan take 1 tsp oil..add diced onion,ginger,garlic...sauté for a minute..add tomatoes and sauté for another minute.. Cool it and grind to a fine paste
  • In a pan take 3 tbsp oil.. Add bay leaf,cinnamon,cardamom,badi ilaichi n sauté for half minute...add the onion,ginger,garlic and tomato paste and sauté...add turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,curry powder and mix well...cook it till oil separates..
  • Add the cashew paste and cook well..add the vegetables and mix well..add required water to maintain consistency...add paneer...
  • Add fresh cream and mix well...
  • Add kasoori methi and cashew n raisins
  • Serve with roti or paratha
