Soak poppy seeds,almond ,magaz Dana and cashew.Make a fine paste
In a pan deep fry cauliflower,carrot,beans ,paneer,cashew and raisins and keep aside
In a pan take 1 tsp oil..add diced onion,ginger,garlic...sauté for a minute..add tomatoes and sauté for another minute.. Cool it and grind to a fine paste
In a pan take 3 tbsp oil.. Add bay leaf,cinnamon,cardamom,badi ilaichi n sauté for half minute...add the onion,ginger,garlic and tomato paste and sauté...add turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,curry powder and mix well...cook it till oil separates..
Add the cashew paste and cook well..add the vegetables and mix well..add required water to maintain consistency...add paneer...
Add fresh cream and mix well...
Add kasoori methi and cashew n raisins
Serve with roti or paratha
