First kneed a daugh with maida,salt ,ajwain oil
Make soft daugh with water
Take a pan heat oil add zeera ,musterd seeds
Add green chilli chopped
Add potatoes chopped and peas
Spread salt close with lid
Keep slow flame for 2 min.
Now add all masala and saunf
Mix well
Add coriander leaves
Now take a ball of daugh
Make a roti
Cut it into two parts
Take one part make samosa shape
Stuff potato mixture in it
Pake with water
Deep fry it till golden brown
Serve with turmrid chutney
