Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For Bhaji sauce : Potato 1 cups


  • Carrots, chopped 1/2 cups


  • Cauliflower,chopped 1/4 cups


  • Green peas 1/2 cups


  • Capcicum , chopped 1/2 cups


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  • Onion , medium finely chopped 1 nos


  • Tomato , medium finely chopped 1 nos


  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp


  • Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp


  • Butter 3 tbsp


  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch


  • Pasta 2 cups


  • Cheese 2 tbsp

Directions

  • In a big pan add 7 cups water and 1 tsp salt,after boiling water add pasta and cook it.
  • After pasta cooked strain water from it and add 1 tsp butter in it.
  • Keep aside
  • In a pressure cooker add all vegetables and add 1 tbsp butter with 1/2 cup of water
  • Now in kadhaie add 2 Tbsp butter add chopped onion.
  • Add ginger garlic paste.
  • Saute until it gets golden brown colour.
  • Add chopped tomatos.
  • Saute until oil srpatates from it.
  • Now add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala.
  • Add cooked vegetables.
  • Saute for 5 minutes.,then add salt.
  • Smash it using smasher.
  • Add cooked pasta.
  • Mix prpperly.Cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.
  • Add cheese and serves hot with any soup!!!
