Mix well all the Ingredients except Ghee to make a dough (shouldn’t be too hard).
Now keep the batter aside for 30 minutes to rest.
Heat the Appe mould on a medium flame and grease it using ghee.
Drop 4-5 dry fruits in each holes.
Pour a spoonful of batter in each mould, cover the pan and let it cook.
Cook till the outer surface becomes light brown and then turn appe upside down using a fork so as to cook them from the other side as well.
Repeat with the remaining batter to make more appes.
Serve immediately with green chutney.
